Refund policy

Effective Date: 17 June, 2025

1. Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If there’s an issue, please get in touch — I’m happy to help.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged or defective

  • You notify me within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

To request a return, email info@johnberrick.com with your order number and a photo of the item.


3. Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Contact me at info@johnberrick.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item

I will file an insurance claim with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue — either with a refund or replacement, depending on availability.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage or an error on my part, I will cover the return shipping

  • If returning for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs

Please use a tracked and insured shipping method, and pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.


5. Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • You’ll receive confirmation by email

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to my error.


6. Exchanges

Because each piece is unique, I do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to purchase a different piece, please place a new order after your return is processed.
